Interview
The handbook doesn’t keep a separate bank of interview trivia. Every Interview Questions section lives inside the Learn module or Architecture page whose material actually answers it — a question about health-aware routing sits in the module that explains health-aware routing, next to the failure modes and trade-offs that make the answer credible.
This section is the index across that material, organized by interview format instead of by topic, plus the tracks that don’t fit neatly under a single module: system design rounds and leadership/behavioral rounds.
Tracks
Section titled “Tracks”| Track | Round it prepares for |
|---|---|
| AI Infrastructure System Design | The 45-minute design round: a method, seven candidate systems mapped to reference architectures, and the failure patterns specific to AI system design |
| AI Systems Coding | The applied coding round: the concurrency and correctness components worth writing from an empty file, the traps that fail most answers, and the lab source where each one exists finished |
| Technical Leadership | The leadership round: why it is a technical round conducted on your own history, the decisions worth being able to reconstruct, and the failure patterns that cost strong candidates the loop |
Ninety-odd questions are already embedded across Learn and Architecture, next to the material that answers them. Tracks route to that material by interview format; they do not copy it. All three rounds a Principal or Staff loop is built from are now covered.
